will be told and agree the fees appropriate for that permanent position
prior to our submitting CVs.
- For
PAYE Contractors and Temps we will agree charge rates that will include
Employers Contribution NI and holiday pay under the Working Time Directive,
which will be applied in accordance with the DTI Regulations.
- Should
our searches fail to find appropriate candidates, we will discuss
alternative solutions.
- We will
endeavour to work in partnership with you to form the most appropriate
recruitment and retention strategy in order to develop long-term relationships.
- We
will be there to offer advice regarding our experience of the current
market trends, salary ranges, working practices etc.
